Chicken Bacon Ranch Ring Recipe:
PREHEAT OVER TO 375 DEGREES
Ingredients
2 packages of crescent roll dough
3 cups coarsely chopped cooked chicken (I like Perdue Short Cuts-Grilled)
6-8 slices bacon, crisply cooked, drained and chopped (try in on your stoneware-400 degrees/about 9 minutes)
1 cup (4 ounces or more!) shredded Swiss cheese, divided (I put in more cheese, who doesn't like extra cheese???)
1/3 cup RANCH dressing (I like Hidden Valley Ranch)
1 garlic clove, pressed
A little red onion, chopped--to taste--skip if you want
2 plum tomatoes, sliced tomatoes
1 egg white, lightly beaten

DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat over to 375 degrees F. In Classic Batter Bowl, combine chicken, bacon, 3/4 cup of the cheese, ranch dressing, onion and garlic; mix well.
2. Arrange wide edges of crescent rolls in a ring around the Round Baking Stone (ALL THE BEST cookbook shows "How To"), leaving a 5” diameter in the center. Use Baker’s Roller to smooth dough and create seams--palms of your hands also works.
3. Using Medium Scoop, scoop filling evenly over ring; top with tomato slices. Finish shape as directed. Brush with egg whites using Silicone Baking Brush. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. ENJOY!!!
